    Hi @northernbeacheswebsites
I wrote in the other topic, but I didn’t realize it is closed.
I don’t know if I’m right to reopen it with a new topic.

    There are actually two problems.

    Problem 1
The last update interrupted the access of the dashboard administrator.

It seems to work out by using this:
    yourwebsite.com/index.php?wp-custom-admin-interface=delete-menu

Actually it all comes back to work, but simply because all the features are deactivated, keeping all the settings.
But if you try to reactivate the administrator back to being blocked.
But the problem remains. The settings cannot be activated.

The problem in the plugin is that menu and other settings are not applied.

For example, if I hide some menu items, these are not hidden if imposed like this:
    Implement this for Everyone except
    Role: Administrator

they are hidden for all users if instead imposed as follows:
    Implement this for no-one except
    Role: Administrator

    Problem 2
To try to solve the problem I tried eliminating all the plugin settings.
Then I exported the settings from the backup copy, copying and pasting the code that returns the plugin.
The import takes place, a message confirms the success, but no settings are imported.

    Thank you

    Hi @woodypad,

I am sorry, I don’t know the solution for this. I can’t repeat it on my end. All I can advise is seeing if anyone else can offer a solution or perhaps considering purchasing the pro version as it comes with a functionality guarantee and has a completely different code base. Thanks,

    Thank you!
The update seems to solve problem 1, but problem 2 is not solved.

The import takes place, a message confirms the success of the operation.
    But no sectarians are imported.

    Hi @woodypad,

What module are you exporting and importing? Is this happening for all modules or are some working?

    Thanks,

    Hi @northernbeacheswebsites,
I have exported and imported all the modules.
    No one is imported.

    Thank you

Yes, same here. Re-import gives success message, but nothing seems to be imported. Several tests with export-import: same issue, nothing happens with all modules.

    Hi @woodypad,

Unfortunately I can’t repeat this on my end. Please understand that the import/export feature is a fairly complicated process and depending on the users site and preferences it’s possible data can be malformed.

All I can advise is using trial and error on different modules to try and identify the module which might be responsible for causing the import to fail. Then once you have identified this please send me the specific code or and send me a screenshot of the settings page and I can investigate further.

Other then this I can only recommend purchasing the pro version as this comes with priority email support and I can check out your specific setup as you can provide me login access. I cans then diagnose any issues and fix it immediately. That is the benefit of the pro version is it has a functionality guarantee and I should also mention the import/export feature of the pro version is completed recoded from scratch just like all the other parts of the pro version. Thanks,

    Hi,
I solved by importing individual modules.
The problem for me was in the css.
In the css there were no errors, but I think it is linked to an image link pointing to localhost, since the copy is there.

    Hi @woodypad,

I will do some testing on CSS urls to see if I can identify the issue. Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it.
