    I have paid support and am getting no replies! It seems that any response is extremely slow so I realy see no point in paying for it!!! I cannot recommend any business where support from suppliers is extremely slow or non existant. I have used evolve theme on every website in my client portfolio for many years and have always paid renewals for support and additional updates but at the moment I am very dissapointed In Theme4press!!!
    I look forward to ANY response……

    I’m closing this topic and archiving the replies. @evgenyviner In the future when any customer (not free user) posts a topic here, don’t have a conversation with them.

    Reply back that you’re not allowed to have a conversation with any customer and then inform the moderators in the #forums Slack channel. They’ll close the topic as I am doing now.

    @wwssupport For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
