Tickets as gender

Hellou, i need to create dating page. I decide to use this great plugin. I need to create event and then tickets as gender – Male, Female. Every event will have limit of man and woman participants. In booking form i rather have radio box instead of select field with number of tickets (everybody can buy just one ticket). So in the beginning somebody click on Gender and then fill in registration fields. Is it possible?
