    Hi!
    Yes, it is.

    I’ve just rechecked:

There was not ecommerce data received in the last 30 days.

I am also not seeing any events being received.

    Hi,

I have just rechecked and there is a jquery error at each page – See Screenshot

This is blocking the plugin to load on the pages.

Please remove and let me know. This should solve the issue.

    Hi,
thank you. That seems to be a problem with either “WP Rocket” or “Asset Cleanup”. ??

    Hi @franz92 ,

I have had a look at your website and found the JQuery error. Please resolve the error at your end and let us know if you face any issue related to our plugin.

    Hi!
I’ve deactived the plugins “WP Rocket” and “Asset Cleanup”, the error in the console vanished. I was able to conclude after some testing that “WP Rocket” was responsible, however I couldn’t find the setting that caused the error above. I have since reactivated it, the old error didn’t show up again.

However, a new error showed up in the console on https://www.davidkoester.de/cart/ :

(index):1037 Uncaught ReferenceError: tvc_lc is not defined
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):1037)
        at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)

The events still don’t get passed on. This issue seems to be related to this topic.

I’ve then disabled the insertion of the Google Analytics Tag by your plug-in and enabled the insertion by Google Sitekit. This didn’t bring a change.

    Hey @franz92,

The events are not getting passed because of the jQuery error occurring on your website.

The tracking code snippets by our plugin are not getting loaded due to this jQuery error, Please resolve this error and our plugin will start working.

    Regards.

    Hi,
I am not sure if you’ve read my last reply? ??

    Hi @franz92,

The error (Uncaught ReferenceError: tvc_lc is not defined) might be because of the cache issue. Please clear the cache, check for the issue and update us here.

    Hi,
hope you had a great start into the new year. ??

I’ve deactivated WP Rocket and added the exlusions to “Asset Cleanup” for Javascript minification and combination:

    /plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/(.*?).js

After that I cleaned the cache.

When opening a product, adding it to cart and while checking out I get this error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: tvc_lc is not defined
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (?attribute_pa_material-lizenz=aludibond&attribute_pa_groesse=60x40:1083)
        at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)

The fun thing is: The event “View item” gets pushed to Google Analytics now.

    Hey @franz92 ,

Please let me know if you are using WCML plugin or have set multi currency on your store?

    Thread Starter Franz92

    (@franz92)

    Hi,
the install is a multi-site install, however it’s only using one language. (It was planned to use more, but that project got killed.)

I am not using the WPML-plugin. We are only using one currency (€) in the store.

Do you think the site being a multi-site-install could be the culprit?

    Plugin Author Conversios

    (@tatvic)

    Hi @franz92,

Yes, Here this issue seems to be because of multi-site install.
