    I added your plugin and short code and it’s not showing the option.
    I use latest WP 5.3 and Contract 7 also altest version.

    Thanks for reaching me on this point.

    I have checked your link and there is no Contact Form 7 used for form. This Plugin works with Contact Form 7 Plugin.

    Please reply to me if on any other page you used Contact Form 7.
