    I purchased the Lifetime License 3-4 weeks ago but the plugin doesn’t seem to have the granularity I expected from the Pro version.
    I contacted support to see if I was missing something…. no response!
    I contacted support again to ask for refund as I’m not happy at all with the product OR the support especially after purchasing a lifetime license. Still no response!

    The support forum is the only way to contact them but there’s never a reply so this is the only other place I can find that they might take notice.

    I want my refund please!

    I am sorry that you did not like the plugin. As for your request, we are not allowed to offer support for the paid version here.

    Could you please let us know what’s your ticket number. I am sure that the guys on the support will help you ASAP.

    If you answered the support tickets on your own website I wouldn’t be commenting on a wordpress site.

    So Franco from Booking Ultra Pro contacted me in Decemeber and said a refund would be issued. It’s 2 months later and still no refund!
