how to solve this issues about subscribers

    Dear Friends,
    I added this plugin to show subscribe popup, but I noticed that when people subscribe through it they did not receive confirmation e mail or even the posts I put on my page.
    also they not appear in the follower that present on word press and I did not receive e mail notification about them that they subscribed to my site

    On the other hand the people who subscribed in the main page subscription box, they appear as follower and receiving the posts and I receive e mail notification about them

    I will add some screen shot for that so you can understand me
