Hi @ganarukanaru,
Meta Box is for creating custom fields, so it’s compatible with CPTUI.
If you want to use our suite for both custom fields and custom post types, please try the MB Custom Post Type plugin:

Unfortunately, we don’t support migration from CPTUI at the moment.
