Contact Form 7 spam issue

Hi WordPress community! we are using Contact Form 7. Each time a customer fills it in, it gets stuck in our spam folder. I have been trying to search this plugin to see if we can use smtp so at least these emails wont be considered as spam but cant find them in the settings. Is there anything you recommend so I can get these emails not going to our spam folder? Look forward to hearing from someone. THanks
