    Hi,
If i am using the optimised title and mapping it to the g:title, in the case i don’t fill the optimised title box and stick with the normal title, does Google Shopping pick my normal title or it will be some issue ?

Because i read the description on the website and i misunderstood what it said on two pages…

On page 1 : “The plugin will now in this order put the product title’s in your product feed:

    Optimized product title, when this is empty;
    Normal product title.

Meaning you do not have to configure the optimized title field for all your products but just for the ones that you want to be changed.”

and on another page is the total opposite…
“Should you decide to use the ‘optimized title’ field our plugin add’s than please make sure you fill this field for all products as otherwise the g:title field will stay empty for the products where you did not fill it in;”

    Thanks !

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The bold part is correct: “Meaning you do not have to configure the optimized title field for all your products but just for the ones that you want to be changed.”

On what page did you find the other text?

    All the best,

Thanks, that must have been some old text which we forgot to remove after making some additions to the optimised title field. We have removed it.

    All the best,

Where is this optimized title box located? I cannot find it.

Also, it says Brand, GTN, MPN under field mapping is only available for Elite subscription? So even though you are allow to add Brand under field mappings, it will not show up if you are using free version?

The optimized title input field is part of the Elite version of our plugin.

With regards to your brand question: you are perfectly allowed to add a brand to, for example Google’s g:brand field, when you created a brand attribute yourselves.

    All the best,
    Eva
