Incorrect Package Dimensions when creating shipping label

    Just launched my webshop and have received a few orders. While trying trying to create shipping labels for these orders, I am receiving an error on the “Create shipping label” form, “Package dimensions must be greater than zero”. It seems to be reading the item dimensions as 0x0x0″ even though the actual product pages contain the correct dimensions for each item. Seems like a bug, but I’m not sure what’s causing it, or how to fix it and I need to get these orders out. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Website is https://www.openapothecary.com, although the issue is on the backend in woocommerce.

    Thanks for including all of that information!

    It sounds like you’re using our WooCommerce Services plugin to create shipping labels. The error Package dimensions must be greater than zero. can be related to the product itself or to the setup of the shipping packages.

    Can you please do the following:

    1. Make sure the product has dimensions, including a weight (you mentioned 0x0x0, but not weight, which is why I’m asking)
    2. Check under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce > Services and make sure the selected shipping package also has dimensions

    If that doesn’t help, can you please let me know how you’re seeing that the dimensions are coming through as 0x0x0?

    Hannah – we are also having this same issue and have been through everything to try and fix it including the creation of a dev site for testing.

    Forgive me I’ve never used the message boards and not sure how to add an image, but the 0x0x0 dimensions are coming from – “Create shipping label” then under packaging it says “Package dimensions must be greater than zero”

    Expand the packaging part and it says under item dimensions:
    “Item Dimensions – 0 in x 0 in x 0 in
    Package dimensions must be greater than zero”

    There is a weight visible, but not dimensions.
    Confirmed that all products have dimensions, including weight.
    Confirmed all packages have dimensions, even removed and re-added all shipping boxes.
