Page content spacing wrong: missing or excessive

  • Some page content margins seem to disappear on any page that includes an embedded YouTube video block while the Materialis Companion plugin is active. If the Customizer is enabled, the layout spacing is restored. I’ve deactivated all other plugins but the Materialis Companion to try to isolate the source of this issue. Problems seem to go away if MC plugin is not active even when all other plugins are enabled. This issue doesn’t appear in the 2020 theme.

    In contrast, I also experience excess spacing at times when neither embedded videos nor Customizer are not present, seemingly due to extra <P> tags showing up unexpectedly, but that might be a separate issue.

    Either way, page content spacing is thrown way off when Materialis Companion is active.
