    Hi @garymluna

    Could you clarify some things?

    1) What version of WP and Ultimate Member do you use?
    2) Do you have some other plugins, which working with email notifications and mail submissions(e.g. SMTP, Sendgrid etc.)
    3) Do the other email notifications work properly?
