XML doesn’t read new products

  • Hi,
    the xml feed is stuck to older products. I input new products and renew the xml feed but it doesn’t show the new products. I have tried to clear the cache nothing.

    Since this is not the usual behaviour, can you please provide more details in order to help you, a link or screenshots for the settings will be helpful?
