    Hi,

    I have a plugin called “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” by zorem. When I disable this plugin I can see cart abandonment emails going out but when this plugin is activated cart abandonment emails stop. Who can fix this issue?

    We haven’t tested our plugin with “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce.”

    There may be a conflict between plugins as both plugins send emails to customers.

    We will check once if an issue can be resolved from our side.
