Signup Forms not displaying on pages or post

Hi Z-MH,

We are facing some issue on our website, there is 4 form available in WP backend in Signup form plugin page, i have added these 4 plugins via shortcode on pages but i am getting issue, form was not displaying along with in backend plugin side, when i was click refresh, it could not be loaded, i can not see any preview in backend.

We have not customized anything in plugin but when i debug that page where shortcode implemented, form was generated and in form code there is showing inline css “display:none” on div element which id is “sf9d6e2c1c0ece104617a021bddc241a8d0ba03c94d5d66217”. this issue coming in all forms.

then i tried to set “display:block” by using additional enhancement, i was added this fixes in theme customizer panel in back end but i can not update in plugin files because due to future update/upgrade.

I was followed below steps for debug the issue —

1. When i was received issue details, I was started test implementation for this issue.

2. I was checked WP back end side and there were zoho plugin was showing 4 forms with short code, i did initially integrated all form by using it’s short code on sample page(currently it is in trash) for testing purpose, i found form was not displaying then i do debug in browser and found some issue which was in form code.

3. issue was – in form code element there were showing inline “display:none” in browser for form div element, and it’s ID was “sf9d6e2c1c0ece104617a021bddc241a8d0ba03c94d5d66217”. this issue coming in all forms.

4. then i tried to set “display:block” by using additional enhancement, i was added this fixes in theme customizer panel in back end but i can not update plug-in files barbecue due to future update/upgrade it will reset again.

5. one additional issue i found on browser console – plugin internal JS / mis functioning or may be depricated.
