Thanks for testing out Content Control! Content Control integrates with WooCommerce in a variety of cases.
When creating restriction rules (Settings -> Content Control), you can select the WooCommerce role “shop manager” for one of the roles in the rule:

Then, you can restrict/allow different WooCommerce content, such as specific (or all) product pages, products in a certain category, specific (or all) category pages, and more:

In addition to the restriction rules working with WooCommerce, you can also use the [content_control] shortcode within product descriptions too! I used one for visitors and one for logged in users in the screenshot below:
