refresh page after add to cart

Hello
I made a product that users can only add one of it to cart.
when I click add to cart, popup work perfectly but when I click add to cart again the page will be refreshed and error notice will be displayed.i want to user see this error message in pop up.

Yes I deactivated the plugin for its bug.
now I activated again and you can test.

2) there are 2 add to cart buttons. press right one and every things is ok.
3) press right add to cart again and you see that page url change and you go to product page and see error the user can add this product only once.
I want to user see error in page with pop up with out any refresh.
