What has happened to the Customer Support?

I wrote a great review last year as the customer support was fantastic. That has changed drastically. My latest issue with Google Console Errors has taken over 2 weeks (at the rate of 1 email per day on business days) to get an answer that they could not fix it and they left my page with all demo content up and all my original content is gone!
This issue has been a mess from the beginning, starting with the customer service representative asking me to type the password out even though I had sent a screenshot of the log in info like I always have with them. That took days in the one email per day SLOW response just for him to sign into my account to take a look.
Then, as mentioned above, my original content was removed and now only shows their demo content. My website is worthless at the moment and so is their customer service.
I am so dissapointed. Things started out really great with this plugin, but things have gone way downhill.
