File Upload is 404 Not Found

    The form submits fine, but when Ninja Forms accepts the file upload it is supposed to upload it to this path:
    /wp-content/uploads/ninja-forms/3/filename.xxx

    Which does not exist. 404 Not found.

    I’m using NF v. 3.4.22
    WP v. 5.3
