Hi,

Which version of Email Subscribers are you using?

If you are not using latest version, request you to upgrade to the latest version and check once again.

Also purge all cache if you are using any caching plugin.

We are using version 4.3.5.1 and no caching plugins.

Any idea on how to fix this, please?

Hi,

It seems the page is coming from cache (may be server cache). Because, as I am seeing it, it’s not reflected changes which we have done in latest version of Email Subscribers.
