• I have WP blog set up on a subpage of the main site. WP contents are called from the menu with a link:

    https://localhost/index.php?p=page2

The contents show fine, but the comment links and permalinks point back to the home page (or wherever WP’s address is set to). I don’t know how to keep WP inside it’s subpage, where the Loop is (page2.php).

The problem can be solved by using an IFrame, but are there another solutions? I probably bring WP to the front page because of aesthetics and flow, but I would anyway be interested to know how to contain WP inside it’s own space.

    Any insights?

WP tries to reach comments and permalinks by inserting its own code after the WP address, that has been set in the dashboard. I would need it to direct the queries inside the PHP where the Loop is placed.
