Is there theme mod or plugin that has this function?

    Is there a plugin or modification i can do that has the following function:

    A user enters their email address into a box. They are then sent
    a link, via their email address, to access something they want to download.

    Is there any plugin or way to arrange this in wordpress? I’d like to
    adapt something like this for my autofocus modified theme: https://www.lnoyl.com/order

  • There may be plugins that allow this. Most people use a commercial service, like Constant Contact or Vertical Response, to set up a mailing list. They supply the code that you enter in your templates that creates the form. When the person enters their email address they receive a confirmation from the mailing service. You can modify that confirmation email to include the link you want them to go to, to download.
