    I have tried to sync two woocommerce websites. The A-B stock sync works fine. But with B-A, it doesnt work. When i look into status log- I get the error- external product not found. Please help. We have the paid version, if you are wondering.

    The error message means that the product was not found on the other site based on SKU which is strange if it works for A-B but not for B-A.

    It might be some permission issue. Can you please create a test product on both sites with SKU “TEST123” (for example) and see if that syncs?
