How to move Products Title to below Thumbnails image

WooCommerce template layouts are built using WordPress add_action() commands and you can use remove_action() to remove an element like a title and then using a new add_action() to add that back in another location.

As you only wish to move the title on product categories you’d likely need to also use a conditional tag with an IF statement to make sure the action only applied to product categories.
