Can access to the Plugin – 403 Access

@batijournal could you please provide a screen recording of this? It is most probably an issue with your installation and can be resolved by your hosting provider.

I can’t put an attachment here. but when I click on “chart library”, the page that appears is this one https://observatoire.franceboisforet.com/observatoire.franceboisforet.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=visualizer

the last change that I do it’s upgrade my Plesk version but with the old version, I had the same bug with the plugin.

Yesterday I find a way to access to the plugin, I have to go to the list of all my extensions, find vizualiser and then, click on “library”. that’s weird that the plugin doesn’t works if I go through the dashboard

@batijournal this is specific to your instance and could be a result of a conflict with the theme or other plugins. Please disable all plugins and revert to the default WP theme. It should work. Then enable each component one by one to determine what is causing the issue.
