    Hi,

Is there a way to insert the code for the cookiebar that is now injected at the far bottom of the page at the top instead?

I would like to have the bar at the top of the page for accessibility purposes. Doing this with CSS is not accessibility friendly because the user will not get there by tabbing.

I hope this is possible by a shortcode or filter or something.

    Hi @beyrone,

You can set the cookie banner to header instead of footer from the Cookie Law Settings > General menu.

    Hi thanks for your reply,

However this is not what I meant, while what you say does place the banner at the top of the page. It is absolutely not (a11y) accessible (try tabbing with your keyboard to the banner) for this to work it is important that the code of the banner is also positioned at the top of the dom just after the start of the body tag. I understand this is not a feature now… but I am hoping it would be soon or hoping there is a way to accomplish this with a filter/hook or something.

    Hi @beyrone,

The plugin is not currently ADA compliant. We have added it to development backlogs to implement in future releases.

Okay thanks for letting me know, I will try to come up with a different solution then and keep an close eye on new releases. Hopefully it will be there soon.
