    I’m using
    [faqs style='toggle' grouped='yes']
to show all the FAQs on one FAQ page.

Is there a way to link to the page with one particular FAQ open?
Something like a page anchor (#) or URL parameter (?) or query string would be great.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

This is Sungraiz from Support Department. From now on, I’ll be at your assistance.

Unfortunately, the Toggle design doesn’t have any ID option but you can achieve this using a simple faqs style.

Use the [faqs] shortcode and after that click on any question. It will add an ID in the URL which you can use to link that question.

Please let me know if you are satisfied with my answer and if I can help you with any other questions you might have.

    Thank you!

    (ah, I should answer!)
Thanks for the idea, but I’m not using it. I want to link to the question, toggled open, in the FAQ page with all its elements and context.

Now I see in the new version 1.3.0 that there are IDs for each question when using accordion style.

For example, https://couplesolutions.ca/faq/#qaef-2206 will scroll to the question. But it does not open the accordion. Still hoping for this.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the functionality you are asking is specific to your needs because we never received such query from any other user.

As you know we can’t meet each user’s requirements but we try to work on those which are frequently requested.

So, if you want to implement it then you need to customize the code.

?Feel free to let me know if you need any further assistance.
    ?
    ?Regards,
