I don’t remember receiving your message. I checked the email form in the pro plugin and received the email. Do you remember how you contacted me?
The plugin should work for free or pro clients, they are technically the same plugin other than the automation aspect for the pro plugin.
I see that your website is still using the plugin. We’ve had several updates to both the free and pro version. If you haven’t recently updated give that a try. I haven’t received any reports from anyone that the plugin isn’t working. If you continue to have problems I’m more than willing to help resolve them.
