    Hi there,

    I tested your credential addon.
    It’s fine but too complicated for final user, the Client.
    Some Clients cannot understand what they have to do to create/add credentials.

    The simplest way is to define a credential by default from Admin.
    And add the possibility to remove these credentials automatically when the ticket is closed.
