    Hello friends!
This contact page has worked just fine for a long while and suddenly – – when a user on an iPhone or other mobile device clicks “I am not a robot” – – the grid of images (where they select all the bicycles, etc) displays ONLY one partial row of images and nothing else. The user cannot verify themselves and cannot send their message!
On a Desktop, it works just fine – image grid displays completely, user gets verified and message is sent.
Any ideas? I’ve even uninstalled the recaptcha, even created NEW ones and reinstalled – – still behaves in this manner, —> ONLY on a phone.

    Thank you for any solutions!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Also this page – – https://windrifthill.com/my-account/

When customers try to login, after clicking “i’m not robot” – – the grid of images to verify yourself does not fully display, this occurs ONLY on a phone.
    Works ok on a desktop.
    Please help!!

    Hi @yukon4,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I could reproduce the issue with Google reCAPTCHA on https://windrifthill.com/contact-us/ only on my iPhone. The issue did not happen on my MacBook.

While checking the page source, I noticed that there are three reCAPTCHA scripts on that page:

I was also able to reproduce the issue on https://windrifthill.com/my-account/. However, there are only two reCAPTCHA scripts on that page:

This issue might be due to a conflict. I recommend starting with one of the options below:

After that, please clear your site’s cache and check if the issue persists.

If it does, please share the details from WPForms > Tools > System Info (screenshot). This information may help us to reproduce the issue and better understand the issue you’re experiencing.

    Thanks!

Thank you!!! I will try what you suggested. Presently, our host Pair Networks, informs us that our email address is “compromised” – – – and being used to send spam. No idea if the captcha issue is related or not, but it’s vital we get it to work! Again, thank you.

    One question:
you said on one page you detected three scripts and on another you detected only two.

Are you saying there SHOULD be three scripts on each page??

    Hi @yukon4,

Actually, the page should only run scripts from the plugins and elements that are present on it.

If there’s no Contact Form 7 form on those pages, there shouldn’t be any scripts from that plugin, as this could lead to a conflict.

Another option to test for conflicts is to follow the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress.

If the issue continues after trying these suggestions, we’ll need the details from the System Info to help us understand what might be causing this unusual problem.

    Thanks!

    Hi @yukon4,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

Sorry for the extended silence and thank you so much for your help!

I wasn’t sure how to figure out if I had scripts or too many scripts or how to keep them from loading – so I simply uninstalled everything and reinstalled and recreated the form. Even deleted the old Google captcha secret codes and started fresh. I have no idea what is different with it now than originally – – but the problem (for now) is gone and all is well!!
    Thanks again!

    Hi @yukon4,

I’m so glad to hear that reinstalling everything solved the issue! That was definitely a strange one.

If you need any assistance with using WPForms Lite, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Thanks!
