    I recently had problems logging into my site and my host provider, siteground.com, fixed it for me. This usually occurs after a WordPress Upgrade. I mentioned that my install info for my host in Ultimate Members settings is incorrect. I’ve uninstalled the plugin and then reinstalled but I can’t find a way for it to update my host info to the correct information, nor do I understand how Ultimate Member plugin could keep listing it incorrectly.

    The topic is not resolved.
    From Ultimate member, settings, Install Info, Host:
    It has the wrong host – actually, the host was wp-engine and it would not even work with them so I uninstalled the plugin. I’m using site ground now and there is no way to update the host info. My host provider said it could cause login problems if it is not fixed. Uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it does not seem to fix the information.
