Change text color in page header

Hello,

how can I change the color of the word “Unser Programm” (in the header bar, not the link at the top)? I followed the instructions from https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/general-page-overview-ssjyct/ but those colors only apply to the text below (“Home > Unser Programm”) and not to the header itself.
