    Hi,
    Thank you for your qustion.
    I’ve checked your link and check my EyePresstheme.
    You site category pagination not working but our theme demo work fine.
    If you use any plugin for custom post type then you need to contact plugin author.
    The problem isn’t our theme issue.
    You may also try the permalink setting and click the save button. See screenshot below
