You then have to regenrate the thumbnails, either with the “rengenerate thumbnails” plug in or you do it with a script on your server with imagemagick

You can adjust the image sizes of WooCommerce using some code filters.

After changing any image sizes you’d then have to use a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails to re-crop all of the images on a site.

It’s worth noting however that scaling down images to be 58×58 is really small and may cause display issues on other sections of your site where images would be cropped so small they displayed blurry.
