• The membership directory displays no one (we have 1100 users). Followed directions you’ve posted elsewhere and cleared cache both on the website and in browser windows. That resulted in us losing all the member only accessible menu items. Cannot even get to the member directory.

We have tried on Edge, Chrome, Opera. UM is 2.1.2

Have created a login for you. Should be emailed.

    Thanks!

Actually, I haven’t created an account for you. Need email address. Thanks.

    Hi @sailim

Have you run the UM Upgrade in the UM dashboard when you upgrade to 2.1.2?

There is nothing showing on the UM dashboard to run an upgrade. Deactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.

    Hi @sailim

Have you made any backups before you upgrade? What UM version do you have before you upgrade to the latest? Was it 2.0.56?

    Regards,

Yes, 2.0.56. Members were not added until after the upgrade. Yes, there is a backup of the previous version.

Hate to be a problem, but I really need some help here. I’ve got about 1100 people who are having issues with this plugin. They cannot get the proper menus when they log in. I’m running the current version of thep plugin and have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The membership directory does not consistently populate.

    PLEASE HELP!

I did get one test user logged in and got the proper menus for that level member. HOWEVER, when I clicked on Member Directory it appears to have logged me out and gives me a blank directory window.

When logged in but click on other menu items that are member level specific I do get the proper page, but the menu specific menu items disappear.
