No Menus, No Directory

The membership directory displays no one (we have 1100 users). Followed directions you’ve posted elsewhere and cleared cache both on the website and in browser windows. That resulted in us losing all the member only accessible menu items. Cannot even get to the member directory.
We have tried on Edge, Chrome, Opera. UM is 2.1.2
Have created a login for you. Should be emailed.
