Track Number Removal

Try adding the following CSS rules to your additional CSS section in appearance -> customizer:

.track .songtitle:before {
	content: '';
	width: 20px;
}

Try adding the !important declararion to the rules, so they become:

.track .songtitle:before {
	content: ''!important;
	width: 20px!important;
}
