Does Contact Form 7 save form submissions anywhere?

Hello, I recently set up a new contact form with Contact Form 7, and was expecting such a large response, so I did not install any other plugin to save form submissions. I am wondering if there is any other way to retrieve the form submissions? Do they get saved anywhere at all?
