    Hi there,

    my question is easy, maybe answer is not.
    When you arrive for the 1st time on your tickets page all tickets are loaded.
    Opened and closed tickets.

    How to get only opened tickets ?

    Because after few weeks we’ll get more closed/resolved tickets than opened ones.

    => I know I can create a filter and save it, but I have to do it again each time I reconnect to my account, this filter is reset with the session.

    Hello @supportenligne,

    We are going to add a setting for agents to set a default filter. It will fix your issue. The feature will be available in the next version of the plugin.

    it’s a good news !
    This plugin is probably the best one amongst all Ticket Plugins for WordPress.
