need more detail in howto

need to have more detailed instructions on how to use this in wordpress–maybe even a video walkthrough. like most plugins, the instructions are written as simply as possible for someone who already has used wordpress extensively–but they are not simple enough and do not start with the very basic info like whether this will replace existing login or user forms. also need to know if integration with other email contact lists is possible
