    @dcclow so far Worldpay is behind the curve on the new SCA rules and they are only offering exemptions. They do not appear to be making an effort to support the new SCA rules.

    You’re better off switching to Stripe and using our Stripe plugin which fully supports the new SCA requirements.

    Okay thanks for your reply only I have a client who takes 40,000 orders a year and are being very awkward regarding changing to stripe due to the charges stripe charge in comparison to worldpay. I will have to convince them to move based on lack of support.

    Thanks for the reply. Let your client know that we offer full support with the Stripe solution and can help with any migration questions or concerns they have.

    With their advanced SCA logic it’s well worth it to switch. Let me know how I can help with the transition.
