WooCommerce must submit a completed application to Braintree for Review!

Hello,
I need to start sales on my website, naturally I’m using Braintree Plugin with Woocommerce and I’ve created an Account on: https://www.braintreegateway.com/ with my Business Paypal Account but I’m not very sure if this payment system is really working. I’ve being testing through sandbox for months, and everything worked fine. Currently I’ve made a test using a real credit card, but my Business Paypal account never received the payment.
I’ve entered to my Braintree Account (https://www.braintreegateway.com/) and I could see the payments, but I cannot do nothing with them. There is no way to transfer to paypal, or do something ! I’ve clicked in “transactions” and I found this message:
“Your account cannot process new transactions via the Control Panel until it is reviewed and approved by our vetting team. Contact our Support team for more information.”
I tried to called them, but I always received the automatic response saying that they are not available during this period of year. I’ve sent to them several emails and I received the following answers:
The reason that things are not working correctly is due to the fact the WooCommerce never submitted a completed application for us to review. Please reach-out to WooCommerce to have them complete the application.
How can I reach-out Woocommerce to complete the application? Where are the steps to setting up the Braintree correctly? Could someone be so kind to guide in this process?
