enable box won’t stay checked

I successfully created a mega menu and used custom styling to match my site. Everything was working perfectly on a pc but there were problems with the shiftnav menu. After installing another plugin and disabling the mega menu, I am unable to get the enable box to stay checked. I disabled the plugin I installed but it still doesn’t work. What can I do?
