Plugin doesn’t work – shows a blank page

    Hi,
    Just installed the plugin in our WP site. After installation, when pressing “Import Export”, all I’m getting is a blank page. Would appreciate any help.

    We are able to import & export comments in our test environment using the plugin without any issues. The issue you are facing on your site might be due to some site-specific issues. Could you please reach us via support.
