• When I click on the “+” it always open a new page with the FAQ information. I’d like the FAQ just open and stay on the main page. In the settings I set permalink to “none” and “stay on the main page” setting. I’m using Bold Themes and their page builder. What Am I doing wrong please? Thank you, Josef

    Hi,

Sorry for that late reply. I was unavailable during the holidays. First thing is to make sure you have the FAQ Toggle option enabled. If you do, then, normally, when you experience this issue it’s because there is some other JavaScript that is either overriding ours (the JavaScript that makes the toggle function) or breaking it. This usually stems from either your theme having some kind of page loading effect/animation or from using some kind of page builder/visual composer that is running some kind of effect or whose JavaScript breaks other scripts on the page.

To test this, you can first try to disable any page builder you have on the FAQ page to see if it makes a difference. If it doesn’t, then you can try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme. If it then works, you’ll know the issue is with the theme. At that point, you could then look to see if your theme has any options relating to page loading/animations and disable them.

Did you make it work? I see it’s working now on your page.
