• Hi,

I have English and Chinese pages on my website using Polylang.

The English site after login it will direct to the Restrict page, this is correct.

But when I am on Chinese site, after I have login, it also direct to the English restrict page, I want it to redirect Chinese Restrict page instead of the English Restrict page.

Please advise how can I do it.

And how can I disable member to edit their profile? I do not want my members to edit their profile as their password will be set by us.

    Please help, many thanks.

Hi, we currently don’t have an option to change languages. However someone was kind enough to provide a customize code you can use. Please check the following documentation user-submitted-tweaks-simple-membership.

Let me know if this helps you.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thank you, i will try the code.

What about my second question? How to disable “edit profile” after member has login? I do not want my members to change their password as we will provide to them.

    Please advise, thank you.

If you don’t want them to change the password on the edit profile page then you can hide the password fields in the edit profile form.

The following page has CSS tweaks that can be added to your site to hide the password fields in the edit profile page. There is a section for hiding password fields on the edit profile page in the following documentation:
    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/miscellaneous-css-tweaks-simple-membership-plugin/

Alternatively, you can edit the “Edit Profile” page and remove the shortcode and replace it with a message saying something like the following:
    ———
This site doesn’t allow you to modify any profile details. Please contact us if you need some details to be changed.
