    Hi,

    i am using form maker plugin , in submission tab username and email address for the form submitter is not displaying , please rectify the issue.

    plugin name : Form Maker
    issue : in submission tab , user submitter name and email id is not displaying

    Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for the late response.

    Dear user, do you have username or email fields in your form?

    If no, then it is natural that sometimes these tabs are empty, because they are filled in only in the cases when the submitter is a registered and logged in user.
