getting this error with some of the plugins

Please identify exactly which plugin(s) and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Howdy!

I do have to ask the question only because it came to mind first: what is it you are doing so that it prompts you with this?

The first thing that came to mind was running a plugin update. The rar, unrar, and tar programs are for archiving, creating, and sometimes expanding things like zip files. WordPress sort of does this and plugins will sometimes try to roll their own method as well when doing updates or trying to install more. If you provide a little more information we might be able to steer in a better direction as well.
