Placeholder screen doesn’t match screenshot

    I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue in the latest Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Edge with the WordPress/Gutenberg versions you listed and the Gutenberg Starter Theme. I noticed the sizing was off in IE11, but not in the same way you show in your screenshot.

    Which browser are you using, and do you have anything else installed that may be overriding SVG styles globally?

    I just tested this on a live site, and seems to be working well.
