Yes, if I add thie ?ao_noptimize=1 to the end of product page url, then the image appears as well as the cookie banner.

?ao_noptimize=1 on the end of a URL will disable the functionality of Autoptimize. Could you go to Autoptimize, disable minification. Clear the cache and try again without ?ao_noptimize=1 on the URL?

I have disabled “Optimise JavaScript Code?” then it works.

I would rather suggest to try with “aggregate JS” disabled or (better still) to exclude just the right JS (plugins/complianz-gdpr ?) from JS optimization? ??
